Celsius Network LLC is a bankrupt cryptocurrency lending company. Headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey, Celsius maintained offices in four countries and operated globally. On June 13, 2022 the company paused all customer withdrawals "in order to stabilize liquidity and operations", citing "extreme market conditions". Celsius filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on July 13, 2022.
