Decentralized Exchange (DEX)

CryptoBridge was a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2017. It was built on the BitShares platform and promised to offer a variety of major cryptocurrencies and altcoins. The exchange utilized the Graphene blockchain, which enabled it to process a high volume of transactions per second. CryptoBridge was fully licensed and complied with European Union law. It supported trading of an ever-growing variety of popular tokens and altcoins. However, the exchange announced its closure in December 2019, citing market conditions and regulatory pressure. Users were given a window to withdraw their funds before the platform shut down.
